Summary
The primary purpose of the Recruitment Specialist role is to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Contract to Hire positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates while maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Contract to Hire positions.
- Source high-quality profiles using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for multiple roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases.
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in Contract to Hire staffing.
- Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other online platforms.
- Strong networking skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Previous experience in IT staffing.
