Location: Bellandur (Hybrid 3 days a week)

Summary

The primary purpose of the Recruitment Specialist role is to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Contract to Hire positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates while maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Contract to Hire positions.
  • Source high-quality profiles using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
  • Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for multiple roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases.

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in Contract to Hire staffing.
  • Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other online platforms.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Previous experience in IT staffing.

  • Location: Remote/On-site based on company policy.
