The Contract Specialist supports the Contract Management Section Head in the administration and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the drafting, review, and execution of contracts and agreements.

Maintain accurate records of contract documents and correspondence.

Monitor contract performance against key milestones and deliverables.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including reporting requirements.

Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.

Facilitate communication between SAR and suppliers to resolve disputes or discrepancies.

Organize and maintain contract documentation, including an amendments, change orders, and extensions.

Ensure all contract-related documents are properly archived and accessible.

Coordinate contract activities, such as renewals, terminations, and modifications, in collaboration with the Contract Management Section Head.

Assist in the preparation of contract-related reports and analyses for management review.

Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions, identifying areas of risk or non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
in Business Administration, Contract Management, Commercial or a related field.

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
-
Prior experience in carrying out procurement operations at a large firm.

Consulting experience would also be preferable.
