Job Description
We are seeking a motivated
Contract Specialist
to support the Contract Management Department in reviewing, drafting, and monitoring contracts across various projects and subsidiaries. The role involves assisting with risk identification, preparing structured review tables, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and coordinating with legal, procurement, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Review draft contracts, purchase orders, and agreements to identify legal and commercial risks.

Prepare structured contract review reports (clause references, risks, and recommendations).

Assist in drafting amendments, letters, and template improvements.

Support claims management and settlement tracking.

Maintain accurate records in the contract management system (OpenText, DocuSign, etc.).

Conduct preliminary legal/commercial research to support negotiations.

Liaise with internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, projects) for clarifications.

Ensure consistency with company standards, policies, and governing law requirements.
Education & Core Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in
Law, Business, or Engineering
(with exposure to contracts/legal topics). A paralegal diploma or LLM is a plus.

1–3 years’ experience in
contracts, procurement, or legal support
(internship or junior role is acceptable).

Skills

Basic understanding of commercial contracts and legal principles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly.

Good drafting and written communication skills (English essential; Arabic essential).

Analytical mindset to spot risks and propose improvements.

Proficiency with MS Word/Excel.
