The Contract Specialist supports the Contract Management Section Head in the administration and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contractual agreements.


Department: Supply Chain


Location: Riyadh HQ


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the drafting, review, and execution of contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract documents and correspondence.
  • Monitor contract performance against key milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including reporting requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.
  • Facilitate communication between SAR and suppliers to resolve disputes or discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain contract documentation, including an amendments, change orders, and extensions.
  • Ensure all contract-related documents are properly archived and accessible.
  • Coordinate contract activities, such as renewals, terminations, and modifications, in collaboration with the Contract Management Section Head.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract-related reports and analyses for management review.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions, identifying areas of risk or non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Commercial or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in carrying out procurement operations at a large firm.
  • Consulting experience would also be preferable.
