  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Draft and review a wide range of commercial and legal contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Review bids and proposals to ensure legal alignment.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts and ensure timely renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align contract requirements.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to contract status and issues.
  • Contribute to improving contract management processes and best practices.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties meet their obligations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive contract information.



  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5 years in contract drafting and legal review.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
