We are looking for a "Contract Specialist - Non-Group Destinations" following qualifications;

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Tourism Management, Business Administration, or similar); a related degree is a plus

Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Good command of English

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Residency in Antalya is required

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex situations clearly and simply

Job Description

The ideal candidate for the Contract Specialist position will play a vital role in standardizing, mapping, and ensuring the quality of diverse content received from global tourism providers.

This role involves managing complex data integration and coordination tasks, as well as supporting test developments for both existing and new projects to ensure accurate and efficient content processing.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and overseeing the accurate mapping of diverse content data from multiple providers, including cross-mapping tasks
-
Analyzing inconsistencies in content and ensuring precise mappings
-
Creating and maintaining destination trees (destination hierarchies) to organize data effectively
-
Supporting test developments for both existing and new projects, covering a wide range of data integration and operational processes

Demonstrating knowledge of channel manager processes and workflows
-
Understanding the working systems of providers such as Bedbanks, OTAs, Channel Managers, and Marketplaces, and collaborating closely with partner companies on channel manager connections

Providing support to ongoing projects by effectively communicating operational needs to relevant teams

Ensuring high data quality and consistency through regular analysis and validation

Contributing to process documentation and proactively suggesting improvements to enhance workflows
