SGI Global is seeking Contract Specialists / Procurement Analysts to support the National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center (DSC). This role involves providing acquisition and procurement support for large-scale design, construction, and transportation projects across the National Park Service. Contract Specialists will assist Contracting Officers with planning, solicitation, award, and administration of multi-million-dollar contracts while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and departmental policies. This is a fully remote position.

Job Duties:

Conduct acquisition planning and market research; prepare required pre-solicitation documentation.

Draft, issue, and amend solicitations, Requests for Proposals/Quotes, and related correspondence.

Review proposals for responsiveness and assist with technical evaluation panels and source selection activities.

Support negotiations, conduct price/cost analyses, and prepare documentation for Contracting Officer approval.

Process contract awards, modifications, and closeout documentation under the direction of the Contracting Officer.

Perform contract administration, including maintaining electronic contract files, resolving payment issues, and ensuring compliance with DOL wage determinations.

Collaborate with project teams, budget staff, and stakeholders to support timely contract execution.

Ensure all work adheres to federal acquisition regulations, Department of the Interior policies, and NPS standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field required.

Completion of 24 semester hours in business-related coursework (accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organizational management), or FAC-C (or equivalent) certification.

Minimum of 5 years of federal government contracting experience.

Minimum of 5 years of construction contracting experience.

Minimum of 3 years of architect-engineer services contracting experience.

Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance and meet all required background investigation requirements.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.
