Remote Bookkeeping & Operations Assistant

We’re a San Diego-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for a reliable, detail-oriented remote assistant with strong English communication skills and a proactive attitude. This is a unique hybrid role that blends financial coordination with operations support — ideal for someone who thrives on wearing multiple hats, loves learning, and wants to grow in a tech-forward environment.

- You are not willing to perform $150 training and onboarding course. This involves thorough reading comprehension & testing of frequent & thorough communication.
- Disclaimer: $150 is not received until Phase 3.1 of onboarding is thoroughly completed
- Your reading comprehensions is not ideal for a company that thrives in resources that read and update Standard Operating Procedures
- You cannot balance and push multiple (approximately 12) tickets on a daily basis.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support our operations team through our Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, helping to ensure we’re coding transactions correctly, getting paid on time, and paying our resources accurately. Your responsibilities will include:
