Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled, creative Videographer & Digital Marketing Specialist to support two growing brands: a leading real estate brand and an emerging sports performance brand.
This role is for someone who can both create high-level content AND understand the strategy behind it. You won’t just shoot and edit—you’ll play a key role in building content that drives engagement, visibility, and growth.
If you’re someone who takes initiative, understands what performs on social, and can execute without constant redirection—this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (Primary Focus)
- Shoot and produce high-quality video content for:
- Real estate listings & brand content
- Athlete-focused / sports performance content
- Create both:
- Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Long-form content (YouTube, brand storytelling, facility features)
- Edit content with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention
- Capture clean, intentional footage
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop content that is aligned with current platform trends and best practices
- Understand what drives engagement (hooks, storytelling, editing style)
- Collaborate on content direction, ideas, and execution
- Optimize content for performance across platforms
Website & Technical Marketing
- Make updates and improvements within Webflow
- Design and refine front-end website elements
- Improve on-site SEO structure and performance
- Review and interpret Google Analytics data to inform decisions
- Identify gaps and opportunities in digital presence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of short-form content trends and performance strategy
- Proficiency in editing software
- Experience with Webflow
- Ability to work on
- SEO
- Google Analytics
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- High attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
- Self-starter who can take ownership of projects
Bonus Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required)
- Experience in sports performance content

Compensation
- Contract-based (rate dependent on experience)
