To support the end-to-end procurement and contracting process by coordinating vendor sourcing, managing purchase requests and orders, and assisting with contract preparation and tracking, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities

Process purchase requests and convert them into purchase orders in line with internal procedures.

Collect quotations, compare offers, and support bid evaluations.

Maintain accurate records of vendor data, pricing, and purchase history.

Follow up on deliveries and resolve issues related to delays or quality non-compliance.

Coordinate with the finance team for invoice matching and payment processing

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and processing standard contracts with vendors, training providers, and service partners.

Track contract expirations and alert the manager on upcoming renewals.

Ensure all executed contracts are stored and archived properly.

Monitor compliance with contractual obligations (e.g., timelines, deliverables, terms).

Maintain an updated vendor database and assist in onboarding new vendors.

Support vendor performance evaluation through data collection and reporting.
Requirements
Educational Background:
-
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field (required).

Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or equivalent (preferred).

A master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
Experience:

3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, contracting, or supply chain roles.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tendering procedures, and contract management best practices.

Experience in preparing and reviewing RFQs, RFPs, contract terms, and supplier agreements.

Familiarity with procurement policies, compliance standards, and legal considerations in contracting

Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba)

Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and support cost reduction initiatives.

Experience in both operational and strategic procurement activities.

Background in working within regulated or industry-specific procurement environments (e.g., healthcare, construction, oil & gas).
