CONTRACTOR SALES/DATA PROCESSOR

As a member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting our contractor and retail customers with lumber & building material stock and special-order purchases.

• Receiving and posting stock and special orders.

• Reviewing and processing vendor acknowledgements, invoices and credits.

• Processing accounts receivable transactions and prepare daily cash reconcilements.

• Assisting with inventory cycle counts.

Experience:

• Strong analytical, organizational and mathematical skills required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers/vendors.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
