Outlandish is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts & Administrative Specialist to support our Head of Admin (HOA) in handling business contracts and administrative operations.

This role is essential in ensuring our agreements with partner brands are executed smoothly, documented accurately, and compliant with company standards. You will work closely with the HOA and cross-functional teams to assist in contract management, track deliverables, and provide administrative support for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HOA in drafting, reviewing, and managing business contracts and service agreements with partner brands and vendors.
  • Organize and maintain contract records, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely access.
  • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and renewals to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.) to collect information and support deal execution
  • Provide administrative support to the HOA, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and compiling reports
  • Track and update databases, logs, and reporting tools related to contracts and business operations
  • Support process improvements in contract management and administrative workflows
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on contract-related and administrative inquiries
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts administration, business operations, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and contract management tools (experience with project management software a plus)
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
