We are looking for a professional and experienced Contracts Administrator to join an industry leader in domestic services in the UAE. The successful candidate will manage a high volume of administration, communicating with both management and clients, ensuring continual improvement in customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing customer service and after sales care and support of clients.
  • Upholding company SLA and UAE Labor law for Domestics Workers.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management on status of current contracts and payment or as requested.
  • Reporting to Management any challenges due to changing legal requirements or company or client non-compliance contracts
  • Propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complex day-to-day problems and ability to prioritize information for decision making use technical experience and analytical thinking.
