Position Overview

The Contracts and Finance Manager will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and other leadership members to provide support in administrative functions, financial management, and contract administration. This role encompasses budgeting, managing contracts, overseeing grants, and handling office operations.

The position demands strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain business standards, policies, and procedures for administrative and financial operations.
  • Coordinate and monitor budgets, including forecasting, expense analysis, and fund allocation.
  • Supervise and train accounting and administrative staff; conduct performance evaluations.
  • Administer and monitor contracts, negotiate terms, approve payments, and ensure compliance with fiscal and legal obligations.
  • Oversee the DMC contract for the Gerry House program and residential property contracts.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with HOPWA and other program requirements.
  • Manage corporate information, including EIN, tax-exempt status, business licenses, and permits.
  • Serve as a liaison for contract negotiations and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for management and external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
