Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Contracts and Legal Manager with strong legal and FM industry expertise to oversee a wide range of operational and commercial contracts within our operations.

• Lead the drafting, review, and management of commercial, operational, vendor, and business-related contracts.
• Ensure all company contracts align with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Provide day to day legal support to Operations, Commercial, HR, and Management teams.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend effective mitigation measures.
• Support and oversee the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations and renewals.
• Ensure organizational policies and contract practices meet regulatory and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal, contracts, or similar roles.
• Extensive experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
• Fluent Arabic & English speaker.
