Position Objective
To protect the company’s contractual and commercial interests by managing concession compliance, third-party contracts, variations, cost control, and risk exposure within airport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with the main airport concession contract (scope, KPIs, SLAs, penalties, insurance, performance bonds).
- Prevent execution beyond approved contractual scope.
- Identify, price, and document variations/change orders; ensure revenue recovery.
- Draft, review, and negotiate third-party/vendor contracts (towing, shuttle, CIT, suppliers).
- Ensure subcontractor agreements are back-to-back with main contract obligations.
- Monitor OPEX, identify cost overruns, and support budgeting/forecasting.
- Review liability, indemnity, insurance coverage, and manage claims documentation.
- Maintain structured contract repository and track renewals, guarantees, and notices.
Required Experience
- 8–12 years’ experience in contract/commercial/legal management.
- Background in infrastructure, airport concessions, transport, or facility management preferred.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
Education
- LLB or Degree in Commercial/Construction Law or Contract Management.
- Relevant professional certifications preferred.
