Job summary

Seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer to manage and oversee contract processes within the real estate sector, ensuring compliance and optimizing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Oversee and manage all contract-related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare, review, and update contracts and project documents using AutoCAD and MS-Office.
• Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate timely project completions and resolve any contract-related issues.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office, AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8-9 years of experience in contract management within the real estate industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office and AutoCAD is essential.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
