- Contract Strategy & Administration: Develop and execute comprehensive contracting strategies (e.g., FIDIC, EPC) for civil, MEP, and finishing works to align with business budgets.
- Tendering & Negotiation: Oversee the entire tender process, from invitation and evaluation to techno-commercial negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
- Risk & Claim Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate contractual risks, including resolving disputes, managing variations, change orders, and claims.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain an approved vendor database, evaluating performance and ensuring compliance with contract terms, safety regulations, and local laws (e.g., RERA).
- Cost Control & Billing: Validate and approve RA (Running Account) bills and final bills, ensuring tracking of project costs against budgets.
- Leadership: Lead the contracts team, providing guidance on legal and commercial matters while coordinating with project, legal, and finance departments.
