We are looking for a
Contracts Lead
to join the
Contract Management Department
of our company operating in the Energy, Technology, and Engineering sectors, located in
İstanbul /Seyrantepe
.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in contract management within a comparable industry sector
-
Fluency in English is essential, with knowledge of additional languages being an advantage
-
Proven skills in negotiation, drafting, and communication in both Turkish and English
-
Having solid commercial and technical acumen will be considered an asset
-
Knowledge at international and local contract standards

Capability to manage multiple, high-value contracts in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
-
Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and respond to project needs as they arise, ensuring successful outcomes
-
Ability to manage stress effectively during prolonged negotations, customer interactions, and relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
-
Self motivated, proactive, and solution oriented approach
-
No restrictions on traveling for business purposes
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as EPC agreements, installation & commissioning contracts, different types of subcontracts with wide variety of scopes, supplier contracts, and SLAs to ensure compliance with legal and project requirements

Prepare and continuously update company contract drafts

Prepare and regularly update contract follow-up logs and monitor them on an ongoing basis

Contribute to the development and improvement of contract management processes, tools, and templates

Prepare contract overview analysis, including risk identification and mitigation planning and properly handover to the project management

Lead discussions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and potential risks
-
Contribute with analysis and recommendations during negotiations to safeguard the company’s interests and minimize liabilities
-
Administer contracts effectively throughout their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to agreed terms, budgets, and schedules

Ensure alignment between contract strategies and project requirements
-
Foster seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive working relationships
-
Focus to keep contractual activites at company’s main principals level and escalate any exceeding liability provisions to the respective management level
