Contracts Manager

Overview

The Role: I had a call with one of Saudi Arabia's established multi-disc consultancies who have been awarded several huge projects over the past 6 months. A consultancy with a strong reputation and having delivered iconic projects throughout the past 20 years, they have an exciting pipeline of work for the next 5 years. One of the key requirements for the team is a Contracts Manager who has been involved on large scale projects such as Hotels, Mixed-Use Developments, High Rise Buildings, Residential Buildings, Resorts or Cultural projects. The position will be based on an iconic project in Saudi which will be widely recognized once completed as it will form a major part of Vision 2030. We are looking for individuals who have strong experience in FIDIC and are aware of local construction laws and MUST emphasise KSA experience.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

• Must be based in and have worked in Saudi Arabia for consultancies (multidisciplinary, engineering consultancies, PMCs)
• Must have experience on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia
• Strong experience in contract administration, cost control, cost analysis and claims
• Demonstrate leadership qualities
