Contracts Manager

We are a well-established Contracting Company in Dubai seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in construction contract administration, claims management within the UAE construction industry.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer construction contracts from project award through completion
• Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, variations, and claims
• Prepare and manage claims, EOTs, and variation submissions
• Administer subcontract agreements and ensure contractual compliance
• Coordinate with project, commercial, and planning teams
• Identify contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction / contracting companies
• Proven experience in contract administration, claims, and dispute resolution
• UAE construction project experience is required
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
