Contractual Support: Analyze, draft, and negotiate terms in client, partner, vendor, and subcontractor agreements, strictly following Saipem guidelines.
- Risk Strategies: Propose contract risk strategies during business acquisition to minimize risks and optimize opportunities.
- Negotiation: Explore solutions and alternatives during contract negotiation in the commercial phase.
Key Tasks
- Manage and coordinate all contract management activities.
- Review and draft contractual documents, define clauses, and participate in negotiations.
- Identify optimal contractual solutions and risk profiles for the company.
- Support commercial functions in contract risk assessments (Golden Rules, Silver Guidelines).
- Develop professional competences and manage staffing for contract management.
- Apply Saipem standards and guidelines.
- Provide necessary reports to internal clients.
- Collect and share lessons learned and feedback.
- Ensure contractual risk transfer to vendors and subcontractors.
- Support negotiation of loans, guarantees, and indemnity letters.
- Assist the Project Contract Manager and review regulatory requirements.
- Update partner agreements and coordinate documentation.
- Contribute to legal management of preliminary litigation activities.
