Location: Pune & Mumbai
Experience: 10–15 Years
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with strong exposure to Infrastructure and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling contractor agreements, overseeing execution quality, and coordinating with site teams for smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all contractor-related activities across project sites.
• Ensure contractors follow safety norms, timelines, and project quality standards.
• Review and verify contractor bills, work orders, and progress reports.
• Assist in contractor selection, negotiation, contract preparation, and work allocation.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers.
• Resolve contractor-related issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Civil Engineer (Diploma/Degree) OR Any Graduate
• 10–15 years of experience in Infra / EPC projects, with strong contractor & contract management exposure.
• Strong understanding of civil execution, site coordination, and contract compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites (Pune & Mumbai) and work under pressure.
