Position Overview

Quantica Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in the power and infrastructure sector. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts across development, engineering, construction, financing and operational phases of infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Commercial contracts (PPA, BTAs, etc.) EPC, O&M, supply agreements, and project finance-related contracts, with the ability to manage risk, negotiate effectively, and support project delivery in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the review of complex contracts, including:
  • EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) agreements
  • O&M (Operations & Maintenance) contracts
  • Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
  • Financing contracts / transactions
  • Equipment supplies and service agreements
  • Provide contract strategy and risk assessment across project lifecycles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, engineering, and development teams
  • Support procurement processes and vendor selection from a contractual perspective
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, commercial, and internal governance requirements
  • Manage contract administration, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, standards, and best practices
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure obligations are met by all parties
  • Support project financing activities by coordinating contract deliverables for lenders and investors
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of transaction documents, including schedules, exhibits, disclosures, and ancillary agreements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Develop and maintain transaction schedules and critical path timelines, tracking deliverables, milestones, and conditions precedent through financial close and post-close activities
  • Manage exhibit creation and validation, including site control summaries, permitting status, interconnection materials, milestone schedules, and technical appendices
  • Track and manage contractual obligations, covenants, and closing conditions, ensuring timely satisfaction and documentation of requirements
  • Support transaction diligence by organizing data rooms, diligence requests, and closing checklists
  • Identify and escalate schedule risks, document gaps, and execution issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract execution workflows, document management practices, and internal coordination processes. Manage and improve contract management tools and repositories, and ensure accurate documentation, organization, version control, and maintenance of contract files, including tracking milestones and obligations.
  • Maintain clear and organized records of transaction materials in accordance with company policies and audit requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's or JD preferred)
  • 7+ years of experiencein contract management within the energy or energy infrastructure sector
  • Background in law, paralegal work, contracts management, or transaction advisory, with hands-on responsibility for drafting support or exhibit coordination
  • Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure or energy projects (solar, wind, storage, or transmission preferred)
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk allocation
  • Experience working with EPC contractors, developers, and project finance stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
  • Experience in international projects or multi-jurisdictional contracting
  • Knowledge of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
