Contracts Processing Division Supervisor

As the Contracts Processing Division Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Contracts Division while actively participating in the workflow. This role is responsible for coordinating task flow, monitoring performance, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and accurately. You will guide team members in maintaining high-quality standards, resolving workflow obstacles, and upholding compliance with all documentation and procedural requirements.

In addition to supervisory responsibilities, you will complete key contracting tasks, including preparing Agreements for Services through DocuSign, verifying content accuracy, confirming signed completion, and ensuring timely processing. You will also schedule Welcome Calls to initiate the client relationship and maintain consistent communication with Paid-in-Full Clients, providing updates that support a seamless and positive onboarding experience.

This position requires a combination of leadership, organization, and hands-on contract processing expertise to ensure the department runs smoothly and delivers exceptional and timely service.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
