Position - Sr. Engineer/AM/DM-Contracts

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 5+ years

Company - Sekura Group

1. Contracts & claims administration for Assets on-board:

a) Drafting & review of Contractual correspondence with the Employer,

Contractor & other stakeholders on contractual matters of Assets

under portfolio.

b) Preparation & review of Cost claims, Extension of time, Variations &

Extra items claims and formulating its resolution strategies.

c) Review of Statement of Claims, Rejoinders & Various Arbitration

Pleadings.

d) Review and Analysis of potential contractual risks and opportunities

e) Drafting & review of various types of agreements, memorandum of

understanding, work orders in coordination with Legal team.

f) Review and analysis of potential contractual risks and opportunities.

2. Contractual due diligence & transition responsibilities:

a) Undertaking complete contractual due diligence as per established

process of organization

b) Providing inputs and assisting investment team in contractual

assessment of target assets.

c) Assessment of claims, likely financial risks & opportunities &

identification of indemnity events.

d) Review of Contractual documents (Correspondence, agreements &

claim documents) of Target SPV(s).

e) Good knowledge of PPP mode contracts

f) Basic knowledge of Claims, Arbitration & other dispute resolution

methods is mandatory

3. Quantity survey & Subcon:

a) Shall be able to prepare cost estimate for any additional

work/variation/change of scope orders.

b) Review of the bills of various subcontractor as per the BoQ pricing

and relevant back-up

c) Ensure the certification is within the BoQ quantities

d) Highlight the gaps in the bills received from the Project team to the

Reporting Manager.
