Contracts Specialist

Overview

Contracts Specialist role at ICM People do Brasil. Permanent relocation to Saudi Arabia. ICM Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to provide technical expertise in developing and implementing programs that evaluate and enhance contracts management performance across facilities. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, analyzing performance, and recommending sustainable, value-adding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to assess and improve contracts management performance.
• Review and analyze facility performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish and refine guidelines for integrated contract management processes.
• Conduct regular assessments on contract planning, procurement, and administration.
• Support business plan development for program implementation.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize contract management practices.
• Collect, verify, and analyze performance data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare regular performance and benchmarking reports.
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for contract management.
• Benchmark performance to identify gaps and develop sustainable improvement plans.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of related maintenance and contract programs.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in contracts management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Valid passport and based in North, Central, or South America.
• Strong background in contract evaluation, advisory, and performance assessment.
• Proven experience developing and executing contract management assessment programs.
• In-depth knowledge of contracting processes, procedures, and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
