Contracts Specialist/ Senior Specialist

The Contract Senior Specialist will manage and oversee the full contract lifecycle for high-value, technical, and commercial agreements across the organization. This role requires strong industry experience in complex operational environments such as oil & gas, waste management, shipping, logistics, energy, and heavy machinery operations. The position ensures contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic value optimization while supporting internal stakeholders and major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts including EPC, O&M, service agreements, supply contracts, and technical scopes.
• Ensure all contract terms align with legal, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop standardized templates and contracting frameworks for recurring technical services.
• Perform in-depth commercial evaluations of vendor proposals, pricing, technical specifications, and warranties.
• Review complex engineering scopes related to heavy machinery, marine equipment, industrial operations, and energy systems.
• Ensure alignment between contract terms, operational requirements, and project deliverables.
• Work closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Technical teams, and Project Management.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, contractors, marine service providers, heavy-equipment vendors, and logistics partners.
• Support tendering activities including RFPs, RFQs, contract award recommendations, and evaluation scoring.
• Track contract performance, SLAs, KPIs, and delivery milestones.
• Conduct periodic contract reviews to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Prepare contractual summaries, dashboards, and management reports.
