Job Summary
The Contracts Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all contract administration activities within the organization. This role entails managing the end-to-end contract process for systems while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The supervisor will monitor contractor performance, negotiate contract terms, and collaborate with various departments to safeguard the company’s interests and facilitate financial arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to successfully liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all contract administration activities and maintain a central log and filing system.

Manage the end-to-end contract process, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and deadlines.

Prepare, review, and finalize all contractual documents with a focus on accuracy.

Draft and negotiate contract language, terms, and conditions to protect the company’s interests effectively.

Collaborate with finance and procurement departments to ensure alignment with payment terms.

Maintain accurate records of all correspondence related to contracts.

Identify and assess contractual risk measures to mitigate potential issues.

Serve as a primary liaison with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to foster strong relationships.

Secure, evaluate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal performance.

Support the preparation of budgetary and financial summaries for internal analysis.

Track milestones, payments, and performance metrics for management review.

Review subcontractor qualifications, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with contract stipulations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or administration.

Strong knowledge of contract law and applicable regulations.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
