The Role
As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective design, development, and maintenance of automation and plant control systems for our clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance equipment performance, support plant upgrades, and contribute to the smooth running of manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement control systems for industrial plant and equipment.
- Coordinate system modifications and upgrades to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Monitor and maintain the ongoing performance of automated equipment.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimise processes and support operational goals.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and compliance records.
What We’re Looking For (Skills and Qualifications)
- Degree in Engineering in Automation and Control and Instrument Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with industrial automation and plant control systems.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, SCADA, and instrumentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
