Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Control-M and Grafana Administrator/Developer with strong experience in workload automation and dashboard development. The role involves administering scheduling environments, building workflows, monitoring jobs, and developing dashboards to support operations and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Control-M environments.

• Develop, schedule, and optimize batch workflows.

• Monitor daily batch cycles and resolve job failures.

• Integrate Control-M with various applications, databases, and APIs.

• Develop Grafana dashboards for monitoring, KPIs, and performance reporting.

• Maintain data sources for Grafana (Prometheus, Elastic, SQL, etc.).

• Ensure platform security, access control, and audit compliance.

• Automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.

• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–8 years of experience with Control-M administration and workflow development.

• Strong hands-on experience creating Grafana dashboards.

• Solid understanding of job dependencies, triggers, and scheduling principles.

• Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments and scripting.

• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot job failures and system issues.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
