Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Freshers to join our team as Control Panel Engineers.

The role involves assembling, wiring, testing, and commissioning electrical control panels for industrial automation projects. Candidates should have a strong foundation in electrical systems and a willingness to work on-site when required.

Key Responsibilities

Panel Assembly & Wiring

• Assemble electrical control panels as per schematic drawings
• Perform internal and external panel wiring
• Mount components such as MCB, MCCB, Contactors, Relays, PLC, VFD, SMPS, etc.

Testing & Quality Checks

• Conduct continuity and insulation testing
• Verify wiring as per electrical drawings
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance

Installation & Commissioning

• Support panel installation at customer sites
• Assist in field wiring and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with automation engineers during commissioning

Documentation & Maintenance

• Maintain wiring documentation and checklists
• Assist in preparing basic reports
• Support service and maintenance activities when required

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and control panel components
• Ability to read single-line diagrams and wiring schematics
• Understanding of PLC panels and motor control panels
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel for site work
• Team player with good discipline and work ethic

Qualifications

• Diploma (EEE / ECE)
• ITI – Electrician / Wireman / Electrical

Experience

• Freshers (0–1 year) can apply
• Industrial training or apprenticeship experience is an added advantage
