  • Controller Installation & Wiring: Install, wire, and commission new or replacement fire pump controllers (Electric and Diesel), motor control circuits, and transfer switches according to approved shop drawings and code requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and operational faults in fire pump controllers, including issues with:
    Power Supply & Transfer Switches (e.g., utility power, generator power).
    Motor/Engine Controllers (Starters, Variable Speed Drives, Diesel Engine Controllers).
    Monitoring Devices (Pressure switches, flow switches, alarm panel interfaces).
  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of internal controller components (circuit boards, fuses, contactors, relays, etc.) and external sensors/gauges.

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques, constructing robust and precise metal structures according to blueprints.
  • Prepare and spray-paint fabricated components, achieving flawless finishes and protective coatings to meet stringent quality requirements.
  • Assemble and wire control panels, ensuring adherence to electrical schematics and industry standards for optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished products, identifying and rectifying any defects to guarantee product integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting safety and efficiency while minimizing potential hazards.
