Job Purpose
We are looking for a young, alert, and tech-savvy Control Room Executive to monitor cement-carrying trucks in real-time using Fleetx GPS and dashcam systems. You will ensure safe, timely deliveries while coordinating with drivers, transporters, gates, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor truck locations, routes, stoppages, speed, and driving behaviour via Fleetx GPS & dashcam.
• Track driver safety alerts (harsh braking, fatigue, distractions) and escalate violations.
• Coordinate timely departures and handle en-route delays or issues.
• Report deviations, delays, safety incidents, and prepare shift logs.
• Maintain accurate system data and troubleshoot basic issues.

Requirements

• Age: 21–25 years
• Graduate (any discipline)
• 0–1 year experience in logistics, fleet monitoring, or control room operations (freshers welcome)
• Familiarity with any GPS platform (Fleetex or similar) is a plus
• Intermediate MS Excel skills and strong communication
• High alertness, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure

Working Conditions

• 24x7 shift-based role in a central control room with constant screen monitoring
• Fast-paced environment requiring multi-stakeholder coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
