Position Overview:

We are looking to hire a Control Room Operator in our Bahria town phase 4 office, for our Australia division, where you'll play a crucial role in global security operations. You will be responsible for providing operational support to the security division as well as clients, maintaining records, finding backup personnel, and ensuring seamless communication. You should be comfortable with shift rotations and on-call duties, and possess excellent organizational skills.

What you will be doing:

• Dealing with security guards & Clients globally.
• Maintaining records.
• Find a new backup for the security guard in case they step out.
• Checking & replying to emails.
• Handling Alarms and queries related to Patrols.
• Assisting with Operations Management.
• Helps in guard hiring.
• Drafting rosters.
• Looking after Patrol.
• Handles commercial supplies.

What we are looking for:

• Experience with international clients.
• Night Shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am)
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Should be comfortable with rotating shifts.
• May need to work extra hours to manage teams and sites.
