Tracking & Control System Engineer (Technical Manpower)
Scope of Work
The work package for the Tracking & Control System Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
- Development of bare-metal firmware on ARM Cortex-M7 microcontrollers, preferably STM32F7 series.
- Programming and handling of ISRs and peripherals including Timers, PWM, QEP, ADC, DAC, CAN, RS-422/RS-232, Ethernet, etc.
- Design and implementation of PID control algorithms in C language for position and speed control of servo motors.
- Interfacing of servo drives with microcontrollers using CANopen protocol over the CAN bus.
- Model-Based Design, code generation, deployment, and testing of motor controllers for STM32F7 targets using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Testing, validation, and performance evaluation of the servo control system.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
Experience & Skill Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in embedded control system development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M series microcontrollers (STM32 preferred).
- Proficiency in C programming, real-time firmware development, and motor control systems.
- Experience with PID control, CAN/CANopen, and servo motor systems.
- Working knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink Model-Based Design and code generation
