As Controller, you’ll oversee the company’s full financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across multiple entities. You’ll manage month-end closes, AP/AR, reconciliations, and bookkeeping, while also providing actionable financial insights that drive strategic decisions. Your organized, precise, and detail-oriented approach will ensure our financial systems operate flawlessly, enabling executives and investors to have confidence in every report. Required Experience

• 5+ years in accounting/finance roles, preferably in real estate, construction, or investment management; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience managing bookkeepers or finance teams, ensuring accuracy and accountability
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and accounting software skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, precise, and process-driven; able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
