Atlas Resell is growing and seeking an experienced,

detail-oriented financial leader to fill a Controller role.

About Us: Atlas Resell Management is a dynamic and growing company specializing in Dental and Medical Equipment. Located in Boise, Idaho we sell, refurbish, and consign dental equipment, anything from panoramic x-rays to dental instruments.

Job Summary: The Controller will plan, oversee and perform the accounting operations of the company. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial leadership to support organizational growth and performance.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Oversees, manages related vendor relationships and performs accounting related operations of the organization, including strategic financial planning, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
  • Oversees training programs and identifies training needs

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing documented systems of accounting policies and procedures; implements controls to minimize financial risk
  • Control and oversight of payroll budget via staffing plans, performance compensation control & annual raise allowances for staff.
  • Oversees the production of periodic financial reports and ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
  • Recommends benchmarks to measure company performance
  • Produces the annual budget and financial forecasts; reports significant budget variances to leadership
  • Provides financial analysis with emphasis on capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
  • Works with external vendors and provides necessary information
  • Prepares and manages financial reports
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Designs, tracks, measures, and reports individual and team performance in the areas of procurement, sales and operations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent management and leadership skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in accounting and tax preparation software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar business tools

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
  • Eight (8) years or more of related experience required
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary starting around $100,000, depending on experience
  • Company-sponsored health insurance and paid time off

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
