We are looking for a Controller to join our team!
The Controller is responsible for the overall integrity, accuracy, and strategic management of the financial operations of Messiah Lifeways and its controlled entities. This role provides strategic financial leadership through financial planning and analysis, enhancement of data analytics capabilities, evaluation of new business ventures, and decision support to executive leadership.
The Controller will be a member of and engage collaboratively with Senior Leadership Team (VP’s and C suite) to advance key organizational decisions and provide consultation regarding organizational resource allocation strategy. In addition to strategic finance leadership, the Controller is responsible for leading accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, billing, and third-party reimbursement functions, as well as key business services such as accounts payable and payroll.
