Job Description:
DC Environmental is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Controller / Estimator Assistant to support business operations, estimating, invoicing, project tracking, and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize estimates
Assist with project pricing and proposal documents
Support invoicing and billing follow-up
Track project numbers, costs, and client information
Help organize financial and project records
Communicate with staff, clients, and vendors as needed
Support general office and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Good computer and organizational skills
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, or estimating is required
Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills
Environmental, construction, or service business experience is a plus
Schedule:
Flexible schedule available. Approximately 15 hours per week depending on applicant availability and company needs.
