INDUSTRY: Manufacturing / Warehouse Distribution / Tire & Wheel

MUST-HAVE Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business - REQUIRED
• CPA or MBA - REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience in manufacturing, light assembly, or warehouse distribution
• Demonstrated cost accounting experience: standard costs, cost variance, WIP
• Inventory management: cycle counts, valuation, physical inventory oversight
• GAAP financial statement preparation and month-end close ownership

PREFERRED Qualifications

• Multi-state tax compliance (sales & use tax, excise tax)
• Experience at an international company or with foreign parent reporting
• Internal and/or external audit management experience
• ERP system experience (any major platform)
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling
• Fixed asset management (Asset Keeper or similar)
