We’re on the hunt for a sharp, super-organized rockstar to join our crew in a hybrid Accounts Payable & Office Administrator role. In this position, you’ll be the backbone of our financial and administrative processes — ensuring bills are paid on time, records stay accurate, and the office runs efficiently so our sales, service, and parts teams can focus on delivering legendary customer experiences to Harley riders.

Responsibilities:

● Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, manage payments, and maintain accurate accounts payable records

● Financial Support: Assist with month-end close, expense tracking, inventory-related accounting tasks, and general ledger entries

● Office Administration: Handle daily office operations including mail, filing, supply management, document preparation, and administrative support for management and department heads

● Vendor & Customer Coordination: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors while providing excellent internal support

● Record Keeping & Compliance: Ensure all financial and administrative records are organized, up-to-date, and compliant with dealership policies

● Special Projects: Support additional accounting or administrative initiatives as needed to keep operations running at full throttle

Qualifications:

● CPA is not required, but preferred

● Must be able to manage teams of 2-4 people

● Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in accounts payable (or full-cycle bookkeeping) — required

● Previous office administration or administrative assistant experience — highly preferred ● High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

● Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or dealership systems a plus), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and general office technology

● Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills

● Passion for motorcycles or the Harley-Davidson lifestyle is a big plus — but a strong work ethic and team-player mindset are essential

● Must be reliable and willing to work a consistent full-time schedule (some flexibility may be required)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
