Corporate Coffee Systems (CCS) is looking for a hands-on Controller to partner directly with our CEO and bring structure, visibility, and consistency to our finance function.

This role will focus on financial oversight, reporting accuracy, and strengthening core accounting processes. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO on financial performance and decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and improve the month-end close process
• Review and clean up general ledger, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Identify gaps in process and implement practical improvements
• Act as a financial advisor to the CEO

As the role evolves:

• Oversee and bring structure to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Help define workflows, accountability, and reporting across the finance function

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Prior Controller or similar hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience working with or overseeing A/P and A/R functions
• Comfortable in a mid-sized, fast-paced environment
• Able to operate independently and bring structure
• CPA is a plus, not required
