Controlling Senior Expert

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Lead controlling for business units, regions, or corporate functions
- Perform target vs. actual, profitability, margin, and cost analyses (HR, inventory, warranty)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and corporate planning processes
- Develop financial models, scenario, and sensitivity analyses
- Evaluate projects, products, locations, and strategic initiatives
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and support decision-making
- Lead process improvements and participate in international projects
This is what you bring to us:
- University degree or Extensive experience in controlling within a complex, international environment
- Strong expertise in P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and profitability analysis
- Proven track record in cost controlling, margin optimization, and project evaluation
- Deep knowledge of risk management, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis
- Experience in warranty, inventory, and HR controlling
- Advanced SAP (FI/CO), HFM, and MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
