We are seeking a Controls Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, and ongoing technical support of OEM automation and electrical control systems across global manufacturing environments. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, requiring strong PLC/HMI programming skills, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities

Support installation, commissioning, and startup of OEM equipment at manufacturing sites (remote and on-site).

Provide technical service and troubleshooting support for electrical and automation control systems.

Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, and control-related issues impacting equipment performance.

Program and support Rockwell Automation Logix PLC platforms.

Develop, modify, and troubleshoot HMI applications using PanelView Plus and FactoryTalk View ME/SE.

Program and support Siemens S7 / TIA Portal PLC platforms as required.

Interface with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure compliance with internal control standards and policies.

Adhere to all site safety protocols and applicable procedures during installation and service activities.

Support equipment validation and documentation as required by project scope.
Requirements

Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

3–5 years of hands-on experience in controls engineering, automation, or industrial systems support.

Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, and control system environments.

Experience supporting OEM equipment in manufacturing or industrial facilities.

Ability to support travel and flexible work schedules as project demands.
Preferred Experience

Experience working in global or multi-site manufacturing environments.

Exposure to regulated or high-reliability facilities.

Familiarity with Ethernet-based industrial networks and control system architectures.

Experience collaborating with international or cross-regional engineering teams.
