Controls Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Controls Engineer to join our team.

Education

• Graduate: BS / BES
• Trade / Specialization:
• Electronics
• Mechatronics
• Physics / Applied Physics

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Controls Engineering (PLC / PAC)
• Basic foundation in controls logic design
• Practical exposure to commissioning software such as:
• TIA Portal
• ControlLogix
• Codesys

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement controls logic
• PLC / PAC programming and commissioning
• Work on automation test benches and real-time control projects
• Integrate field devices using industrial communication protocols
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and system validation activities

Professional Exposure

The selected engineer will have the opportunity to participate in:

• Controls logic design across multiple platforms (TIA Portal, ControlLogix, Codesys)
• Hands-on commissioning of automation systems under senior engineer supervision
• Simulation, testing, and validation using dedicated automation test benches
• Real-time project execution in Power Plants and Renewable Energy projects
• Exposure to industrial communication protocols and control networks
• Preparation of technical documentation and commissioning reports

Prerequisites

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work on-site during commissioning phases
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of industrial automation standards and practices
