What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in HVAC controls engineering and programming.
• Strong proficiency with DDC systems (e.g., Johnson Controls, Siemens, Trane, Honeywell, Schneider, Distech, etc.).
• Proven experience writing and implementing control logic and sequences of operations.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other communication protocols.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency strategies, ASHRAE guidelines, and local building codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Looking for a well-trained specialist.
