WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience — commercial installation preferred
- BAS/controls experience preferred — if you've worked with Trane, Carrier, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or similar platforms, we want to hear from you. If you haven't but you're a strong commercial tech, we're willing to train the right person.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and low-voltage wiring
- Ability to read mechanical drawings without being walked through them
- You show up on time, work clean, and take pride in every system you commission
- Valid driver's license; ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
We do not require a decade of experience or a cover letter. We require people who are serious about the trade.
THE WORK
- Install RTUs, AHUs, split systems, VAV/VRF systems, chillers, boilers, ERVs, MAUs, and commercial refrigeration equipment
- Install, program, and troubleshoot HVAC control systems, sensors, actuators, and BAS interfaces where applicable
- Read and build from full mechanical construction drawings and equipment submittals
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls-related failures
- Lead small crews on assigned scopes on large, active project sites
- Work to applicable mechanical codes and ASHRAE standards — we follow them to the letter
