## Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical & technical support to community-based child health initiatives, such as newborn care, preventative school healthcare and developmental assessments.

- Design and implement research studies on child health topics, including data collection, analysis, and report writing for foundation programs.

- Train healthcare staff, nurses, and paramedical workers on pediatric protocols and contribute to quality improvement projects.

## Required Qualifications

- MD/DNB/DCH in Pediatrics or related field, with at least 1-2years of clinical experience.[5][3]

- Experience in research methodologies, public health programs, or NGO work; advanced degrees like PhD in Pediatrics are advantageous.
