Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Staff Engineer – Voice AI & Agentic Systems to serve as a technical leader and architect for Datavant's next-generation Voice AI and Agentic Agent platforms. This role goes beyond implementation: you will set technical direction, define architecture standards, and mentor engineers while building production-grade Voice AI systems operating at enterprise scale.
You will own the design and evolution of LLM-driven, voice-first workflows across CCaaS, IVA, and internal automation platforms—ensuring they are secure, observable, compliant, and resilient. This role partners closely with Product, Security, Telecom/UCC, and Data teams to turn strategy into working systems.
